Black // Neon Spiked Choker

This is a super cute choker i made from a 1-inch wide Black Vegan Leather. It features two rows of painted, multicolored 1- inch spikes and "Gun Metal" (Dark Silver) hardware. This is adjustable and will best fit necks that are 13-16 inches.
