This is a collar I made from a thick and comfortable Vegan/Faux leather and it is adjustable and will best fit necks 13 to 15 inches :) it features 1.25" O-Rings and 1- inch long spikes, with a gorgeous draping chain design and cross shaped charms <3 the chains are are stainless steel.
