This is handmade Choker made from 1 inch wide material, and It features a double row of one inch long, pink spikes and a pink heart ring :) this will best fit necks 13-16 inches. I am totally happy to make this design in alternate sizing-- just message me first so we can make sure I have the necessary materials on hand. :) Both the Vegan Leather and Genuine Leather options are both a high quality, 2 mm thick material :) I am happy to answer any questions <3
