This is a collar I made from a thick and comfortable Vegan/Faux leather and it is adjustable and will best fit necks 13 to 15 inches :) it features 1.25" O-Rings and 1.5 inch long spikes, with a gorgeous draping chain design and spiderweb heart and bat shaped charms <3 the chains are made of iron/aluminum blend. This is a totally one-of-a-kind piece that won't be remade since these charms have been discontinued unfortunately.
