Rainbow Padlock Martingale Collar

This adorable choker is handmade with love and features a rainbow padlock in place of the standard O-Ring. These can be worn at any tightness you like, and should fit most necks that are 13 to 16 inches. I can make other sizing if needed <3  Always pull slowly to avoid any potential hair or skin getting pulled or anything like that-- but these are sturdy. Disclaimer of course is to use at your own risk <3 ;) The metal for the chain and rings is stainless steel, however i am not certain what was done to make it rainbow- for those wondering about the type of metal. I have sold hundreds of these however, and never heard anyone mention any irritation.
