This is a holographic silver rave chain top I made! The material is a PVC type of faux leather, and shines in a rainbow of colors in the sunlight! This top would be perfect for festivals or concerts :) This piece will best fit sizes XS to MD and is adjustable with a strap across the back of the waist- up to 36 inches waist measurement. The chains are an aluminum and iron blend and are nickle free.
